You can create a new Business Model based on ones that you have already created. Read the checklist before getting started and follow the instructions below.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Financials.
- From the drop-down, click Business Models.
- Select the relevant Business Model.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- Click Save.
A new version of your Business Model will be created and made active. Click the down arrow to the right of your Business Model name to view previous, inactive versions.

Add recurring income or expenses for fees/expenses regularly charged to your owners. Done creating your Business Model? Learn how to assign your listings to them.
