You can use Guesty's commission calculations to divide and share incomings between property managers and owners. Set this up per reservation, per listing, or apply the same setup to all listings. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
- Click Financial settings and select Commission calculations.
- To the right, click Edit.
- Edit the relevant information. You can click Suggestions for example formulas.
- Click Save. In the pop-up, choose whether or not to apply the changes retroactively to past reservations.
- Click Confirm.
