You can use Guesty's Commission Calculations feature to divide and share incomings between property managers and owners. Set this up per reservation, per listing, or apply the same setup to all listings. Follow the instructions below.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Financials.
- From the drop-down, click Financial settings.
- In the menu to the left, click Commission calculations.
- To the right, click Edit.
- Edit the relevant information. You can click Suggestions for example formulas.
- Click Save. In the pop-up, choose whether or not to apply the changes retroactively to past reservations.
- Click Confirm.
