Guesty offers two analytical tools: Analytics, our standard built-in tool, and Advanced analytics, our in-depth premium tool. You access both by clicking Analytics in the top navigation bar of your Guesty account. If you have Advanced Analytics, you will see a yellow tag that says premium. If you are interested in Advanced analytics, please contact us.
In both Analytics and Advanced Analytics revenue from reservations can be recognized on different dates of the reservation's life cycle, such as the check-out date. By default, it is recognized on the check-in date.
Follow the instructions below to change revenue recognition for your analytics tool. After saving, it may take up to 24 hours for changes to apply.
Note:
The revenue recognition you choose will also apply to the owner’s revenue in the Owners Portal.
