When you collect a guest payment through Guesty, you should be including your additional fees in the payment:
- If the fee is applied automatically and synced to the channel, it will be included in the payout you receive from the booking channel.
- If The fee is not or cannot be synced with the booking channel, or if you added it after the reservation was confirmed, the booking channel will not automatically add it to your payout. Please contact the booking channel to arrange for the additional fee's payment to be collected.
