- Navigate to the Booking.com listing page through the Booking.com Extranet.
- Find the bedroom layout on the Booking.com listing page.
- If there is a discrepancy between the bedroom layout on Booking.com and the bedroom layout on Guesty, contact us with the following information:
- The Guesty Listing ID
- The required update to the bedroom layout (the format should be similar to the one seen on Booking.com)
- The number of rooms
- The number of beds in each room
- The bed types
