Use the search bar to quickly find reservations, properties, guests, contacts, users, owners, vendors, and marketplace items. The search bar also provides suggestions and useful information at a glance to help you navigate Guesty efficiently.
Follow the steps below to use the search bar
Step by step
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- On the top navigation bar, click the search bar.
- Start typing to see related search options.
- Alternatively, type / to receive suggested shortcuts.

Optional: Click Show all results to see the full list of suggestions.
Use the filters to narrow down your search results.
- Click the search result to be redirected to the relevant page in Guesty.
The search results show reservations with check-out dates up to 6 months ago and will only show information that your user is allowed to see based on their permissions.
If you require the ability to search for older reservations, contact us or your Customer Success Manager.
