Deactivating a Workflow

You can deactivate a workflow that has been activated. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Automations.
  3. Select the relevant workflow.
  4. In the top-right corner, click De-activate.
  5. In the pop-up, click Continue.
The deactivated workflow, along with any Automated Messages that have not yet been sent, will be removed from all relevant reservations.
