Confirming an Inquiry via the Inbox

This is relevant for Vbro reservations and those made manually or via the Guesty Website.

Follow the instructions below to confirm an inquiry.

Step by step:


Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Inbox.
  3. From the drop-down, click Guests Inbox.
  4. Under All Conversations to the left, click the relevant conversation.
  5. In the Widget sidebar on the right, click theicon 
  6. Click the pencil icon.
  7. Click Status & Channel
  8. Under Status select Confirmed from the drop-down.
  9. Next to Summary, click the blue Save button.


The inquiry is now a confirmed reservation. The dates will be blocked on all connected booking channels.
