Checking if a Reservation was Imported into Guesty

An imported reservation is a reservation that arrived in Guesty after the time it was confirmed. For example, it was confirmed before the listing was connected to Guesty or the booking channel experienced downtime at the time of its confirmation. Follow the instructions below to check if a reservation was imported.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Reservations.
  3. Click the relevant reservation.
  4. Scroll down to the "Log" section.
"Reservation Was Imported" will be displayed if it was imported. If not, the reservation arrived in Guesty at the time of confirmation.
Important:
If a Booking.com reservation is imported, any changes made directly in Booking.com will not be updated in Guesty.

Imported future reservations that were not checked in before the listing was linked with Guesty do not include guest credit card details.
