Your Stripe account could become disconnected from Guesty due to an action performed in Stripe. Follow the instructions below to renew the connection and resume collection of payments.

- Log out of Stripe in all of the tabs on your web browser.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Financials.
- From the drop-down, select Payment processing.
- Scroll down to "Other payment processors".
- Find the Stripe account you want to renew - the "Status" column should say "Disconnected".
- Click the three dots at the very end of the row.
- Click Renew connection.
You'll be redirected to a Stripe page to fill in some details about the account you want to renew and then you'll be redirected back to Guesty.
