Renewing a Disconnected Stripe Account

Your Stripe account could become disconnected from Guesty due to an action performed in Stripe. Follow the instructions below to renew the connection and resume collection of payments.

Step by step:

  1. Log out of Stripe in all of the tabs on your web browser.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top menu, hover over Financials.
  4. From the drop-down, select Payment processing.
  5. Scroll down to "Other payment processors".
  6. Find the Stripe account you want to renew - the "Status" column should say "Disconnected".
  7. Click the three dots at the very end of the row.
  8. Click Renew connection.
You'll be redirected to a Stripe page to fill in some details about the account you want to renew and then you'll be redirected back to Guesty.
