Editing an Automated Message

You can make changes to an automated message after it has been created and added to a workflow.


Any edits and changes made to an automated message will apply only to scheduled messages for all relevant existing and future reservations.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Automations.
  3. Select the relevant workflow.
  4. Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the screen, and then select Edit.

  5. Click the Automated Message you want to edit.
  6. Make the necessary changes.
