Automated messages simplify guest communication, and you can personalize them to meet your needs.
You can make changes to an Automated Message after it has been created and added to a workflow.

Important:
Any edits and changes made to an Automated Message will apply only to scheduled messages for all existing and future reservations.
Follow the instructions below to edit your Auto Message (Pro users) or message automation (Lite users).
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Automations, then click the three vertical dots to the right of the Workflow you would like to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Click the Automated Message you'd like to edit.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Messaging.
- Click Automated messages.
- Select the three-dot menu in the relevant workflow and click Edit.
- Click the Automated Message you'd like to edit.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
