You can make changes to an automated message after it has been created and added to a workflow.
Important:
Any edits and changes made to an automated message will apply only to scheduled messages for all relevant existing and future reservations.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Automations.
- Select the relevant workflow.
- Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the screen, and then select Edit.
- Click the Automated Message you want to edit.
- Make the necessary changes.
