This article is relevant when adding sending conditions to Automated Messages for Vrbo reservations.

When creating or editing an Automated Message, you can choose whether or not a message is sent based on conditions that you set, for example, you can choose to send a specific message only if the reservation came from a specific booking channel.

If you add the "Channel" sending condition and choose to send a message only to Vrbo reservations, make sure that all Vrbo sources are selected from the drop-down. Vrbo operates a variety of international brand websites, so the sources of reservations can vary.


Each time a reservation is received from a different Vrbo brand, that brand is added to the drop-down. Be sure to update existing automated messages to include any new brands.
