Editing a Message automation workflow

You can edit a Workflow after it is created.

Follow the instructions below.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Log in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Automations, then select Workflows.
  4. Select the three-dot menu to the right of the relevant workflow, and click Edit.
  5. Fill in or update the relevant information.
  6. In the top-right corner, click Save & Activate.
    The changes will apply to all existing and future reservations that are relevant to this Workflow.
