Activating a Workflow

You can activate a workflow once it has been created and at least one Automated Message has been created and added to it. Follow the instructions below to activate a workflow.

Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. If you'rre already in the middle of creating a workflow, skip to step 4, otherwise continue to step 2.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top menu, click Automations.
  4. Select the relevant workflow.
  5. In the top-right corner, click Save & activate.
  6. In the pop-up, click Save & activate.
The activated workflow, along with its Automated Messages, is added to all existing and future relevant reservations
