Deleting an automated message will remove it from the workflow it was added to when it was created.
Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Automations, and select Workflows.
- Select the relevant workflow.
- Hover over the Automated Message you want to delete, and click the trash can icon located on the left.
- In the pop-up, click Remove.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Messaging.
- From the dropdown, select Automated messages.
- Select the three-dot menu next to the relevant Message Automation, and click Edit.
- Hover over the Automated Message you want to delete, and click the trash can icon located on the left.
- In the pop-up, click Remove.
- Click Save.
