Seeing Which Automated Messages Were Sent to a Guest

You can easily see which automated messages were sent to a guest for a specific reservation and which were not. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Inbox.
  3. From the drop-down, select Guests inbox.
  4. Under "All conversations" to the left, click the relevant guest.
    • If they have more than one reservation, you'll see an arrow next to the confirmation code in the toolbar to the right. Click the arrow to select the relevant reservation from the drop-down.
  5. In the toolbar on the right side, click .
  6. Under Guest Auto Messages, click History.
A checkmark will appear next to messages that were sent, and an X will appear next to messages that were not.


Follow these instructions to turn off a specific message that wasn't sent yet.
