You can easily edit a reservation that was created manually in Guesty, via the Multi Calendar or a specific Listing's Calendar. Follow the instructions below.
Tip:
If choosing a different listing, start typing its name to narrow down the results in the "Listing" drop-down.
Editing via the Multi Calendar
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of each section.
- Update the relevant fields.
- Click Save in each section.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- click the Multi-Calendar icon
- Click the relevant reservation on the calendar.
- In the right sidebar, click the full-screen icon
, located to the right of the reservation number.
- Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of each section.
- Update the relevant fields.
- Click Save in each section.
Editing via the Listing's Calendar
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, then select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Calendar.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Follow steps 5-7 above ("Editing via the Multi Calendar")

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Multi-Calendar icon

- Click the relevant listing to open its Property page.
- Click Calendar, then select Calendar.
- Click the relevant reservation.

Note:
- If a guest is checking in early or checking out late, be sure to check the "Block the night before" or "Block the night ahead" checkboxes to avoid overlapping reservations. Learn more here.
- Contact us if you'd like to change the reservation's "Channel" field.
