Note:
This is relevant for Vrbo reservations in reserved status, reservations that were made manually, or via the Guesty Booking Engine.
You can change the status of a reservation from "Inquiry" to "Confirmed" at any time. The dates will be blocked on all connected booking channels. Follow the instructions below to confirm an inquiry.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Click the pencil icon next to "Summary".
- Under "Status", select Confirmed from the drop-down.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- Click the Multi-Calendar icon
- Click the relevant reservation on the calendar.
- In the right sidebar, click the full-screen icon
, located to the right of the reservation number, then click the pencil icon next to "Summary". Alternatively, directly from the widget sidebar, click the
icon, then click the pencil icon.
- Under "Status", select Confirmed from the drop-down.
- Click Save.
Note:
A reservation can be confirmed regardless of other settings applied in Guesty. This includes Advance Notice and booking window settings, the listing's maximum number of guests, and minimum or maximum nights.

You can also confirm an inquiry via the Inbox.
