You can change the status of an reservation from Inquiry to Confirmed at any time. The dates will be blocked on all connected booking channels. Follow the instructions below to confirm an inquiry.
Step by step
Sign in to your Guesty account.
In the top menu, click Reservations.
Click the relevant reservation.
Next to Summary, click the pencil icon.
Under Status, select Confirmed from the drop-down.
Next to Summary, click the blue Save button.
A reservation can be confirmed regardless of other settings that are applied in Guesty. This includes advance notice and booking window settings, the listing's maximum number of guests, and minimum or maximum nights.
