You can use custom fields to add extra details to your listings and reservations.
- Each time you add a custom field, a variable like this {{wificode}} is created.
- Insert the placeholder in a message in exchange for specific information that you would like to use.
- The data entered into the custom field will automatically be inserted when the message is sent.
For example:
Let's say your name is Sarah, and your Wifi password is "Wifi4Sarah".This is what the message will look like in the message template: This is what the message will look like to your guest: We are pleased to welcome you today to our Luxury Apartment.
The Wi-Fi code is {{wificode}}.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
{{host_first}}We are pleased to welcome you today to our Luxury Apartment.
The Wi-Fi code is Wifi4Sarah.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Sarah
