Using custom fields to personalize messages automatically

You can use custom fields to add extra details to your listings and reservations.

  1. Each time you add a custom field, a variable like this {{wificode}} is created.
  2. Insert the placeholder in a message in exchange for specific information that you would like to use.
  3. The data entered into the custom field will automatically be inserted when the message is sent.

    For example:
    Let's say your name is Sarah, and your Wifi password is "Wifi4Sarah".
    This is what the message will look like in the message template: This is what the message will look like to your guest:
    We are pleased to welcome you today to our Luxury Apartment.
    The Wi-Fi code is {{wificode}}.
    Let us know if you have any questions.
    Kind regards,
    {{host_first}}
