TripAdvisor: Message sent to guest is missing from the TripAdvisor inbox

When a guest sends you a message attached to an inquiry with a quote, rather than an inquiry alone,  it will be received in the Guesty inbox and any response to that message will be received in the TripAdvisor inbox.

When a guest sends an inquiry without a quote from TripAdvisor this is not expected to be received in Guesty and you will not be able to reply to the guest from the Guesty Inbox.
