You can disconnect and remove an Airbnb account from Guesty at any time. Start by initiating the disconnection in your Airbnb account, and then remove the account from Guesty. Follow the two-part process below. If you no longer have access to your Airbnb account, contact us to remove the account for you.
Important:
Remove each relevant listing's connection in Guesty before getting started.
In Airbnb
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Airbnb account.
- In the top right corner, click the profile icon.
- From the drop-down, select Account.
- Click the Personal info thumbnail.
- Next to "Email address", click Edit.
- Enter a new email address of your choice.
- Click Save.
- In the pop-up, enter your Airbnb password.
- Click Confirm password.
- Click the Privacy & sharing thumbnail.
- Under "Connected apps", click Remove access next to Guesty.
- Click Remove Guesty.
In Guesty
Since we are still deploying our new dashboard, follow the instructions for "Legacy navigation" if your search bar is in a blue line above the top navigation bar.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
- Under the "Status" column to the right, find the account with "Disconnected" status.
- Click on the arrow next to "Disconnected".
- Select Remove.
- In the pop-up, click Remove.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Integrations.
- From the drop-down, click Distribution.
- Find the disconnected account in the list.
- Click on the arrow next to the "Disconnected" account status.
- Select Remove.
- In the pop-up, click Remove.
