Use navigation folders to group related pages or anchors without creating additional pages. This helps organize your site's navigation by creating a non-clickable item that houses sub-items.
Folders appear under the "Pages" tab. Because folders are organizational elements and not actual pages, page-specific settings like URL, SEO optimization, duplication, or password protection are not available.
Folder limitations
- Navigation levels: Navigation supports up to three levels. Folders can nest up to two levels of sub-items. You can place a folder inside another folder as a second-level item, but a folder cannot be a third-level item.
- Deletion and visibility: Deleting or hiding a folder also deletes or hides all nested elements within it.
- Mobile compatibility: Ensure the folder is compatible with your mobile navigation layout. Folders may not function on some mobile menus if placed in slots reserved only for clickable elements.
