Advanced Website: Changing your website's home page

Set any page as your website’s home page to replace the current one. The original home page is saved as a regular page and can be reinstated at any time.

This is useful when setting an "under construction" page while working on your site, or when designing a new home page while keeping the original version live.

Limitations

  • This option is only available for standard pages. It can't be applied to pop-ups, anchors, external pages, dynamic pages, 404 pages, or blog posts.
  • Guesty doesn't automatically update links when a home page is replaced. Manually update any links pointing to the old home page to ensure they direct users to the new one.
  • Multilingual sites aren't currently supported.
