Can I get a refund for a purchased image?

Guesty does not provide refunds for purchased Shutterstock images. Images from Unsplash, Giphy, or those with no defined source are free to use.

What other restrictions should I be aware of?

When using images from Shutterstock or those with no defined source, you must not use the image:

  • Outside of your responsive website, mobile website, or Web Personalization created within Guesty.
  • With pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • In a way that infringes upon any third-party trademark or intellectual property rights.
  • To portray any person depicted (a "Model") in an offensive manner, such as in connection with adult entertainment, tobacco promotion, political endorsements, or depicting them as suffering from a physical or mental ailment.
  • As a trademark, service mark, or logo.
