Alterations to reservations can only be made directly in your Airbnb account. Airbnb reservations that were below the 30-day monthly discount threshold and were extended to at least 30 days, will receive the monthly discount retroactively. Follow the instructions below to change a reservation in Airbnb.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Airbnb account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Next to the relevant reservation, click Change.
- Click Change reservation.
- Follow the flow to change the reservation.
If you are moving an Airbnb reservation from one sub-unit within a multi-unit to a different sub-unit in the same multi-unit, be sure to check that the dates are available. If you alter a reservation via Airbnb and the sub-unit is unavailable, the reservation will be automatically unassigned from the original sub-unit and moved to the multi-unit for reassignment.
Note:
Guests can make changes to their reservations by submitting an alteration request in Airbnb. These requests will be received in the Guesty Inbox along with other messages from the guest.
