Adding sub-units to a multi-unit listing

You can add extra sub-units to an existing multi-unit listing, or remove a sub-unit from a multi-unit listing at any time.

Choose whether to use existing Guesty listings or create the sub-units as new.

Using existing Guesty listings

Note:

If you would like to move a sub-unit from one multi-unit to another:

  1. First, unassign is from the original multi-unit.
  2. Save the change.
  3. Assign it to the desired multi-unit.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
    Filter your listings to see only multi-units.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. In the listing's menu, under "Details & Layout", click Property.
  6. Click the field under "Connected listings".
  7. Type the listing's name to locate it.
  8. Select the listing from the drop-down.
  9. Scroll down and click Save.

 

Creating new sub-units

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
    Filter your listings to see only multi-units.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. In the listing's menu, click Property.
  6. Under "Connected listings", click Create more listings.
  7. Enter the relevant number of sub-units to create.
  8. Click Create listings.
  9. Scroll down and click Save.

Note:

Sub-units that are unlisted or inactive in Guesty aren't included in the number of available sub-units in the connected booking channels. However, unlisted sub-units are still included in the availability on the Guesty calendar.
You can assign or move reservations to unlisted sub-units in Guesty.
