You can add extra sub-units to an existing multi-unit listing, or remove a sub-unit from a multi-unit listing at any time.
Choose whether to use existing Guesty listings or create the sub-units as new.
Using existing Guesty listings
Note:
If you would like to move a sub-unit from one multi-unit to another:
- First, unassign is from the original multi-unit.
- Save the change.
- Assign it to the desired multi-unit.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
Filter your listings to see only multi-units. - Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, under "Details & Layout", click Property.
- Click the field under "Connected listings".
- Type the listing's name to locate it.
- Select the listing from the drop-down.
- Scroll down and click Save.
Creating new sub-units
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
Filter your listings to see only multi-units. - Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Property.
- Under "Connected listings", click Create more listings.
- Enter the relevant number of sub-units to create.
- Click Create listings.
- Scroll down and click Save.
Note:
Sub-units that are unlisted or inactive in Guesty aren't included in the number of available sub-units in the connected booking channels. However, unlisted sub-units are still included in the availability on the Guesty calendar.
You can assign or move reservations to unlisted sub-units in Guesty.
