Adding Sub-Units to a Multi-Unit Listing

You can add extra sub-units to an existing multi-unit listing at any time. Choose whether to use existing Guesty listings or create the sub-units as new. The instructions for both scenarios can be found below. 

Using Existing Guesty Listings

Note:

If you would like to move a sub-unit from one Multi-unit to another, you must first unassign it from the original Multi-unit, save the change, and then assign it to the desired Multi-unit.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Listings. Learn how to filter your listings to see only multi-units.
  3. Click the relevant listing.
  4. In the listing's menu, click Property.
  5. Click the field under "Connected listings".
  6. Type the listing's name to locate it.
  7. Select the listing from the drop-down.
  8. Scroll down and click Save.

Creating New Sub-Units

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Listings. Learn how to filter your listings to see only multi-units.
  3. Click the relevant listing.
  4. In the listing's menu, click Property.
  5. Under "Connected listings", click Create more listings.
  6. Enter the relevant number of sub-units.
  7. Click Create listings.
  8. Scroll down and click Save.

Note:

Sub-units that are unlisted or inactive in Guesty are not included in the number of available sub-units in the connected booking channels. However, unlisted sub-units are still included in the availability on the Guesty calendar. You can assign or move reservations to unlisted sub-units in Guesty.
