You can remove a Rentals United listing's connection with Guesty at any time. Follow the instructions below.
Important:
Removing a listing/reservation in Guesty only affects Guesty. To fully remove it everywhere, you also have to manage/remove it in Rentals United and its connected channels. Once you remove a Rentals United listing's connection with Guesty, any updates made to rentals united reservations, will not sync/appear in Guesty.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- If the listing is a multi-unit, each sub-unit is published as separate listings and must be disconnected separately. Click a sub-unit on the left-hand side first. Learn more about accessing a sub-unit's settings.
- In the left-side menu, click Marketing.
- Under Marketing Channels, click X next to Rentals United.
- If applicable: Sign in to your Rentals United account and deactivate the listing there as well to ensure it's no longer available for booking through Rentals United's connected channels.
After removing the connection, verify that the listing has been properly deactivated on both platforms to prevent any booking conflicts or guest confusion.
