Sharing custom reports for reservations

You can share custom reports at any time. Follow the instructions below.

Important:

  • The shared report via email is limited to 50 line items. If your report contains more than 50 reservations, you should share it as a link only. Alternatively, you can download it as a CSV and share the downloaded report.
  • Reports can only be shared with users and phone book contacts.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. In the top left of the reservations page, click the title to open a dropdown menu. Select All or Favorites, and choose the desired custom report.
  5. In the top right of the reservations page, click the share icon next to the CSV icon.
  6. Select As a report or As a link.
    • Sharing as a link is only available for custom reports, not default reports.
    • If your report contains more than 50 reservations, select sharing as a link.
  7. Under Share With, enter the name of the user you want to share the report with. 
  8. Add any relevant information under Message.
  9. Select One Time or Repeat.
  10. Click Share or Schedule.

Tip:

Select Repeat to choose one or more days of the week and time for the report to be scheduled.

Important:

If a report shows the "sigma" sign in a financial column, hover over the field with your mouse to view the underlying data. If you share a report or link for a report with a "sigma" sign, the underlying data will not be visible.
