Why Does Guesty Use a 10-Point Rating System for Advanced Analytics?

Advanced Analytics is a premium feature. Contact us to discuss activating it.

While some booking channels use a 5-star review system, others use 10-stars. To accommodate the larger system, the overall ratings in our Reviews dashboard of advanced analytics also use a 10-point system, even if you don't have any listings in those 10-star rating channels.
If the booking channel you're examining in advanced analytics uses 5-stars, remember that we multiply each score by 2 to represent it accurately in our 10-point system.
