How Do Auto Payments Work if the Reservation Is Missing Credit Card Information?
The following happens when no credit card is available for a reservation:
- Cash payments are created and marked as paid.
- Future authorization holds are created: If no credit card exists on the hold activation date, the hold status will change to "Overdue".
Once a credit card is added to the reservation:
- For past cash payments, which were already marked as paid, you can create a manual payment using the credit card that has been added.
- All past holds created are activated.
