The name of a reservation's rate plan can be seen in two places in Guesty:
- On the relevant reservation page in the "Guest Invoice" section, above the financial breakdown.
- In your custom reservation reports, by adding the "Rate-plan name" column.
Tip:
Rate plans that are managed in Guesty have "Guesty" in their name. Any other rate plan is managed directly in Booking.com and was set up before the property was connected to Guesty.
