A rate plan is a combination of rules that allows you to offer a mix of different rates, cancellation policies, and meal options to attract a wider variety of guests. Choose from a selection of Guesty's predefined choices to help you get started or create your own plan from scratch. Once created, assign the rate plan to a group of listings. See the information below.
Note:
Rate plans currently sync with Booking.com and Expedia. Support for additional booking channels will be added in the future.
Create a rate plan
Create multiple rate plans using Guesty's default templates or create your own customized plan.
Tip:
Learn what can be customized when creating or editing a rate plan, such as cancellation policies and included meals.
Note:
Rate plans are based on a listing’s standard rate. This is the price and number of minimum nights that are displayed on each listing’s calendar.
Assign listings to a rate plan
Once a rate plan has been created, choose which listings the rate plan applies to by assigning groups of listings to it. Rate plans should now be created and managed in Guesty. Currently, a maximum of 150 properties can be assigned to a rate plan.
Tip:
The groups of listings are created via Guesty's by assigning listings to a "Rate Strategy". Learn more.
Manage your rate plans
Rate plans can be edited or deleted, or simply deactivate and reactivate them whenever needed.
