Are automated messages compatible with Accounting?

Accounting by Guesty is a premium feature available to Pro users only. Please contact us to discuss activating it.

Variables can be added to an Automated Message to personalize the message and provide the guest with additional information.

When creating the message, the following two variables cannot be used if Accounting is activated on your Guesty account:

  • Reservation owner's revenue, which appears in the Automated Message template as {{owners_revenue}}.
  • Reservation's property manager commission, which appears in the Automated Message template as {{commission}}.
