Creating a single-unit listing

The information in this article is relevant only for Pro users at this time.

When you create a new listing in Guesty to reflect your physical property and allow guests to view it before booking a reservation, you need to choose what type of listing it is (single, multi-unit, or complex).
A single-unit is a distinct, individual unit.

Note:

If you want to duplicate an existing single-unit, contact us.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top-right corner of your dashboard, click the plus icon.
  3. Click Listing.
  4. Under "Listing Type", select Single-unit (default).
  5. Fill in the requested information. Please note that the listing's title is limited to 50 characters and only some of the fields are mandatory. If you have an existing single-unit with similar settings, you can create this new unit with the mandatory fields only and then copy the other settings from the existing unit and make small adjustments if needed.
  6. Click Save.
After you've created your listing, we recommend activating and connecting it to booking channels.
