How can I notify guests if a reservation Is altered?

You can use automated messages to notify guests of reservation alterations by creating a template and scheduling it to be sent upon alteration of a reservation.
Changes to the following reservation details will trigger the sending of the message:
  • Number of nights
  • Number of guests
  • Assigned listing
  • Check in or check out time

Note:

Only the first alteration on a reservation will trigger the sending of the message. Further alterations will not.
