See below definitions for commonly used terminology under Guesty Damage Protection.
Real property: Refers to immovable structures or elements of the building and outbuildings.
Contents: Refers to fixtures, furnishings, betterment, and improvements in the property.
Maximum any one item: The maximum damage Guesty will cover for a single item per reservation. For example, if your guest had a party and damaged your TV, broke the refrigerator, and stained the rug at a value that does not exceed your total coverage, we will still cap the coverage for each of those items to the Maximum Any One Item limit.
