To easily view a list of reservations that are covered for guest damages with Guesty Damage Protection, follow the steps below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top-right corner, click the shield icon.
- Click Manage plans.
- In the lefthand menu, click Reservations.
The table displays covered reservations checked out during the previous month, sorted by most recent check-out date, along with the total number of reservations and total cost.
- Click the dates to select a different date range from the calendar pop-up.
- Click the reservation number to view reservation details.
- Click the property name to view property details.
- Under the "Claims" column, an active claim will display as "yes".
