You can easily view a list of reservations that are covered by Damage Protection, whether you are looking for upcoming reservations or past reservations that have been invoiced. The reservations report within Damage Protection allows you to change dates, filter your view, and export as a CSV.
View the Damage Protection report
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click and select Guesty add-ons.
- Scroll down to "Your active add-ons" and click Guesty Shield.
- In the left-side menu, click Reservations.

- In the top navigation bar, click and select Damage Protection.
- In the left-side menu, click Reservations.
Customize and download the report
The report displays covered reservations that checked out during the previous month, sorted by most recent check-out date, along with the total number of reservations and total cost.
You can customize the report or view details in a variety of ways, including the following:
- Click the dates to select a different date range from the calendar pop-up.
- Click the dropdown menu next to "Properties" and filter by property.
- Click the dropdown menu next "Claims" and filter by active claims.
- Click the reservation number to view reservation details.
- Click the property name to view property details.
- Click at the top right to download the report.
Check if a reservation is covered under Guesty's Damage Protection

You can check if a reservation is covered under Guesty's Damage Protection on the reservation page of the relevant reservation. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- Click to open the reservation page.
- The "Damage Protection" section will indicate whether or not the reservation is covered by one of Guesty's Damage Protection plans.

- The "Damage Protection" section will indicate whether or not the reservation is covered by one of Guesty's Damage Protection plans.
If the reservation status changes to anything other than "confirmed" during the guest's stay, the following conditions apply:
- For reservations with a check-out date that is today or in the past: The Damage Protection plan will remain active and apply to the reservation.
- For reservations with a check-out date in the future: The Damage Protection plan will be canceled and will not apply to the reservation.
