You can easily view a list of reservations that are covered by Damage Protection, whether you are looking for upcoming reservations or past reservations that have been invoiced. The reservations report within Damage Protection allows you to change dates, filter your view, and export as a CSV.
Access Damage Protection reservations report
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click and select Guesty add-ons.
- Scroll down to "Your active Add-ons" and click Guesty Shield.
- In the lefthand menu, click Reservations.

- In the top navigation bar, click and select Damage Protection.
- In the lefthand menu, click Reservations.
Customize and download report
The report displays covered reservations checked out during the previous month, sorted by most recent check-out date, along with the total number of reservations and total cost.
You can customize the report or view details in a variety of ways, including the following:
- Click the dates to select a different date range from the calendar pop-up
- Click the dropdown next to Properties and filter by property
- Click the dropdown next Claims and filter by active claims
- Click the reservation number to view reservation details
- Click the property name to view property details
- Click at the top right to download the report
