Reservations always trigger Smart Calendar Rules.
When setting up Smart Calendar Rules, you can choose whether to apply them for manual blocks as well. If applied, manual blocks will trigger Smart Calendar Rules as well.
Note:
Owner stays, as a type of manual calendar block, does not trigger Smart Calendar Rules.
