Operto Teams (formerly VRScheduler) is a software platform for scheduling and tracking cleaners, inspectors and maintenance staff. Operto Teams' offers maximum automation of task scheduling, Owner notifications and reporting and Quickbooks integration. 
Follow the steps below to connect Operto Teams with Guesty.

Copy the Guesty API token

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click
  3. Click Guesty Marketplace.
  4. Search for "Operto Teams" then click Connect.
  5. At the top right click Connect.
  6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration token.
  7. Click OK.

Important:

The API token is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.

Connect Operto Teams with Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Operto Teams account. 
  2. Navigate to Setup --> System Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the API Connections section and click Add API Connection.
  4. Select the Guesty tile.
  5. Paste the API Key copied above.
  6. Define the tasks that Operto teams will push back to Guesty here.
