Guesty Analytics provides an overview of your company's performance over time. Set several parameters to get insights about your business. Read the information below or watch our video to learn how you access this tool and see what information you get.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
- Click Analytics.
You will see and be able to do the following:
- Date range: Choose from preset dates or set a custom date range.
- Analytics views: Choose Revenue by period for an overview of revenue for all properties in one sum during the selected date range, or Revenue by property to take a closer look at each listing.
- Revenue calculation: See when revenue is recognized and change if needed.
- Metrics: Measure performance by revenue, commission, occupancy, average nightly rate, or revenue per available listing (revenue PAL).
- Trends: See a trend graph for the two main metrics you select.
- Pie charts: See the breakdown of Revenue by channels or Revenue by invoice items in a pie chart.
Note:
The currency in your Analytics dashboard is the same as your Guesty account.
