Guesty Analytics provides an overview of your performance over time, allowing you to set parameters to gain insights into your business.

This article explains Guesty's standard Analytics feature. The currency in Analytics matches your Guesty account currency.

Important:

Analytics revenue calculations include canceled reservations. To view revenue for confirmed reservations only, create a reservations report using the "Reservation is confirmed" filter along with date range and listing parameters.

Access Analytics

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.

Manage and analyze your performance using the options below:

  • Date range: Choose preset dates or set a custom date range.

  • Analytics views: Select Revenue by period to view overall revenue for all properties, or select Revenue by property to review individual listing performance.

  • Revenue calculation: View the total payout of reservations.

  • Metrics: Measure performance by revenue, commission, occupancy, average nightly rate, or revenue per available listing (revenue PAL).

Understanding Revenue by channels

The list of booking channels in the chart relies on the reservation source. Locate these details by adding the "Source" column to a reservations report.

Reservations can display different channels and sources when your booking channel account or listing connects to a booking engine or an uploaded reservation.
