In Guesty you can add and edit a contact's personal details and you can view this information in several parts of the dashboard, and each part gives you extra information. Learn which added value you get out of each approach to see which one suits your current needs:
- The Reservation Page provides full details about the reservation in question.
- The Inbox Widget allows you to edit contact details while maintaining complete access to contact communication.
- The Multi-Calendar Widget allows you to edit contact details while maintaining full view of the rest of your reservations and available calendar dates.
- The Contact Book allows you to create segments based on contact attributes to optimize your marketing campaigns. For example, use the filters to find all of your contacts that come from Paris to promote a specific listing there.
- Reservation Reports provide a review of all relevant information about a group of reservations such as upcoming check-ins or today's check-outs in a quick tabular view. You can use this to see if today's check-ins have information about the contacts that can help you provide a more personalized experience, for example.

Reservation Page
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Go to the "Contact" section to view contact information.
Inbox Widget
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Inbox.
- From the drop-down, select Contact inbox.
- To the left, click the relevant message thread.
- In the widget sidebar to the right, click
to view contact information.
Multi-Calendar Widget
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Multi-calendar.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- In the widget sidebar to the right, click
to view contact information.
Contacts
Step by Step:
1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top menu, hover over People.
3. From the drop-down, select Contacts.
4. Focus on specific contact attributes: Next to "Filter", click an existing filter to change or delete it or click the plus to add a new one.
5. Focus on contact details that interest you: In the top-right corner, click "Columns", select Contact, and turn the toggle on for any detail that you want to see.
Reservation Reports
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Focus on specific reservations, based on check-in, for example: Next to "Filter", click an existing filter to change or delete it or click the plus to add a new one.
- Focus on contact details that interest you: In the top-right corner, click "Columns", select Contact, and turn the toggle on for any detail that you want to see.
- If needed, you can save this report for future use: Above "Columns", click Save as new custom report, name the report and click Save.
