Conversations in the Guesty Inbox are ordered by messages sent by the guest, not you. If the last message in the conversation thread was sent by you, the conversation will not be reordered to the top of the Inbox.
Please note that the timestamp in each thread refers to the last message sent, whether it was sent by you or the guest. A red timestamp indicates that a guest message has not received a reply from you in over 12 hours.
