Why are messages I sent to a guest not appearing in Guesty’s Inbox?

Booking.com and Airbnb

Messages between Airbnb and the Guesty Inbox or Booking.com and the Guesty Inbox will appear simultaneously only when Airbnb or Booking.com listings are active and connected to Guesty.
Messages sent from Guesty's Inbox will be displayed in both Guesty and the booking channel's platform.

Other Booking Channels

Messages that are sent from guests are received in Guesty's Inbox. However, messages sent to guests from a booking channel's platform, rather than through Guesty's Inbox, aren't displayed in Guesty.
